A Toronto travel agent is facing 29 charges after clients say their money was used to buy tickets that were never issued.

Toronto police allege the manager of LifeDream Travel and Tours also used clients’ credit cards, without their permission, to purchase airplane tickets for other clients.

The agency is located at 333 Wilson Avenue, in the Bathurst Street and Highway 401 area.

Lidya Pashanov, 52, of Toronto is charged with four counts of fraud over, nine counts of fraud under, three counts of uttering forged documents, six counts each of fraudulent possession of credit card data and fraudulent use of credit card data, and obstructing police.

She will appear in court on September 25.

The fraud unit at 32 Division continues to investigate the case.
