Who we are
We work locally – in neighbourhoods where your businesses operate – to help employers and young people seeking employment find the right match. Employers find the help they need and potential employees bring their energy and abilities to the job that’s right for them.

We work together to promote the value of youth employment. Our services are funded through a combination of federal, provincial and municipal programs.

We work directly with businesses to meet your company’s specific employment needs. Working closely with young people, we provide the guidance and support they need to succeed at their jobs.

As experts in youth employment, our success lies in matching the abilities of the youth we serve with employers’ needs. In partnership with you and your business, we work to create opportunities to ensure that today’s youth become vital members of tomorrow’s workforce.

We work with your business to:

Match young people to your job openings
Offer confidential employer and employee support
Prepare potential employees for a new work challenge
Co-ordinate job fairs when a business has multiple job postings
Arrange wage subsidies where available
Guide and support you with your apprenticeship opportunities
Assist you to train today’s youth to meet your future workforce needs
Provide free posting of your job opportunities on our electronic job board.

Strength in Numbers
We have formed an organized network, Youth Employment Partnerships* that offers co-ordinated support – if the agency you are working with is unable to help, they will refer you to someone who can. You will not fall between the cracks.

*This network is funded and coordinated by the City of Toronto.
